1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 787ph ("787ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 787ph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 787ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 787ph Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 787ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on 787ph, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update such information if it changes.

787ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

787ph supports deposits and withdrawals through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following payment methods are not accepted on 787ph and must not be used to fund your account:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset).
• Credit cards (in accordance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts).

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used to fund your account, subject to completed KYC verification. 787ph reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

787ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

787ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 787ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 787ph Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 787ph immediately; failure to do so may result in account suspension.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.

787ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 787ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of 787ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 787ph Platform without the prior written consent of 787ph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 787ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

787ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

787ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 787ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending withdrawals.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 787ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 787ph's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 787ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

787ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 787ph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
